Att. Kea Sakda
President | Attorney-at-Law | Lecturer
Kea Sakda is a licensed attorney and President of BSB Law Firm. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Build Bright University and completed professional lawyer training at the Lawyer Training Center of Cambodia.
He has been practicing law since 2018 and previously served as Legal Manager at Canadia Bank plc. from 2016 to 2022, where he worked on banking, finance, and litigation-related matters. He also served for three years as Assistant to the General Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, gaining experience in judicial and prosecutorial procedures.
Prior to establishing BSB Law Firm, he practiced with Neak Meas Law Group and worked within the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Department of Canadia Bank. In addition to his legal practice, he currently serves as a Lecturer of Law at Build Bright University, contributing to legal education and professional development.
Att. Nim Sothyrak
Vice President | Attorney-at-Law
Nim Sothyrak is an Attorney-at-Law with experience in banking, finance, and commercial legal matters. He holds a Master of Laws in Private Law (2018) and a Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (2014).
He previously worked in the Legal Department of Canadia Bank from September 2014 to April 2022, where he served as a lawyer in the Escrow and Non-Performing Loan departments. His experience includes banking and financing transactions, escrow services, loan documentation, trust services, real estate transactions, and contract drafting and review.
He provides legal advisory and transactional support across corporate, banking, and dispute-related matters and works with clients in both Khmer and English.
Huy Bunseng
Legal Advisor | Operations Manager
Huy Bunseng is the Co-Founder and Operations Manager of BSB Law Firm. He oversees the firm’s operational management, administrative coordination, and internal systems to ensure efficient and professional service delivery across all practice areas.
He has extensive business experience across multiple sectors, including construction, tourism, hospitality, and related commercial enterprises. His background in managing and developing businesses provides practical insight into corporate operations, project coordination, and client support.
He contributes to the firm’s organizational management, coordination of legal documentation and client services, and overall operational efficiency, supporting the legal team in delivering reliable and structured legal services.
In Sokhuon
Legal Advisor | Research Specialist
Sokhuon serves as Legal Advisor and Research Specialist at BSB Law Firm, providing legal research, analytical support and advisory input across the firm’s practice areas. His work focuses on legal research, policy analysis and supporting case preparation and strategic legal initiatives.
He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Build Bright University and brings over ten years of regional experience working with non-governmental organizations across Cambodia, Thailand and Bangladesh. His experience includes legal research, policy analysis, regulatory advisory and support for rights-based and institutional initiatives.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in India, further strengthening his academic and research-driven approach to legal and public interest work. His background combines practical field experience with academic research, contributing to the firm’s commitment to well-informed and evidence-based legal practice.

Vicheka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Private Law. Since 2025, he has been serving as an Assistant Clerk at the Phnom Penh Capital Court of First Instance.
