KEA Sakda, Attorney-at-Law
Kea Sakda has been practicing law since 2016, with a focus on civil rights and public interest matters. In 2022, he founded BSB Law Firm, where he serves as President, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the firm’s legal practice and advocacy direction. His work includes rights-based litigation, legal analysis, and advisory services aimed at protecting fundamental rights and upholding the rule of law. He is committed to principled advocacy, ethical legal practice, and advancing access to justice.
NIM Sothirak, Attorney-at-Law
Nim Sothirak is an attorney with experience in civil rights–related legal matters and legal analysis. His work focuses on supporting rights-based advocacy through legal research, case preparation, and advisory assistance. He contributes to the firm’s commitment to principled legal practice, the rule of law, and the protection of fundamental rights.
HUY Bunseng
Mr. Huy Bunseng is the Co-Founder and Operations Manager of BSB Law Firm. He oversees the firm’s operational management, administrative systems, and internal coordination to ensure efficient and ethical service delivery. His role supports the firm’s legal team by strengthening organizational processes, client coordination, and day-to-day operations, contributing to the firm’s mission of effective and rights-based legal practice.
IN Sokhuon
Mr. In Sokhuon serves as a Legal Advisor and Research Specialist at BSB Law Firm, providing legal analysis, research support, and advisory input on civil rights and public interest matters. He has over ten years of professional experience working with non-governmental organizations across Cambodia, Thailand, and Bangladesh, with a focus on rights-based advocacy, policy analysis, and community-oriented legal initiatives. He is currently pursuing a PhD in India, further strengthening his academic and research-driven approach to legal and public interest work.
